Tagliatelle with quorn sausages, onions, mushrooms, wholegrain mustard and spinach. A good lunch time meal. Pasta for carbs, allows your brain to work throughout the rest of your working day, quorn for high quality protein, rich in fibre and low in fat, and spinach to curb overeating and serves as a good antioxidant, good to fight off your bodies nasties :)
