Tuna, salmon and red onion fishcakes on a bed of spinach leaves and a dollop of chilli sauce. A wonderful dinner time meal. Perfect for getting omega 3 and a good source of oils into your body. Remember when choosing canned tuna to pick the tin containing water or brine. Try and stay clear of tuna in oils, when draining, the fishes natural oils can be mixed with the packed oils and therefore lost down the drain!! Bon Appetite!
