Extreme Cardio Workout (Perform this one or twice a day 5 times a week for 6 weeks and youll defo see the results!!)
Perform 1,2,3,4 and 5 all for 30 seconds each without a rest inbetween, after you have finished this set give yourself 30 seconds rest then go again, do all of this 4 times around! You have yourself a 12 minute cardio workout that if done correctly will be beneficial to you, your health and your physical appearance!
1. Jumping Squats (propelling arms up in the air while you jump, make sure your knees do not go over your toes, keep back straight and pull in your tummy)
2. Push ups with feet apart (push up once, move the left leg and hand into right leg and hand, then move the right leg and hand out, push up and do the same the opposite way)
3. Towel Pulls (Grab a hold of the towel shoulder width apart, keep the arms straight and hold the towel really tight, bring the towel towards your stomach and at the same time perform a squat, come up from the squat and take the towel back out)
4. Towel Raises (Hold the towel out like in towel pulls but this time when you perform the squat you will raise the towel above your head then come out of the squat and bring the towel to in front of you keeping the arms straight at all times, feel the pull!!)
5. Burpees without jump (Get into a push up position, keep the feet together and jump your knees towards your chest, jump back out and repeat this movement)
